Apgico started yesterday a course on “Training of facilitators for the continuous generation of innovation projects”, with staff from the companies MANVIA and VIBEIRAS (MOTA-ENGIL Group), which will last until the end of March. This course is an anticipation of the project we are working on, aiming at improving the effectiveness of the matrix structures of companies working simultaneously by projects and functions.

Apgico had its first meeting of the extended board, this time with João Amaro and Carla Machado, at the Restaurant Tertúlia Algarvia, in Faro. The intention is to integrate more associates in the discussion of subjects and decision-making.
